Late Policy
Clients have a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, a $25 late fee will be added, up to 25 minutes. After 25 minutes, production reserves the right to leave, and the session will be canceled without a refund.
Content Delivery
Clients will receive a shared album with behind-the-scenes content from their shoot within 48 hours. All final edited photos and selected videos deliverables will be provided within 5-12 business days of the shoot. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee—please inquire at booking.
Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule their session once without penalty if notified 72 hours in advance. All deposits are Non-refundable. Subsequent changes incur fees.
Privacy
We respect your creative space. Client galleries are private and only shared for agency portfolio use with written consent.
Payments
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of production.
